EMMC and LPDDR4X chips are integrated into a small BGA chip to reduce chip size and save space. eMCP supports LPDDR4X 16GB ~ 64GB and eMMC 32GB ~ 256 GB. It integrates high performance master controller and NAND Flash chip to realize high performance and large capacity of eMMC. The integrated LPDDR4X chip with high frequency and low delay latency can realize high data transmission rate, effectively reduce external interference, enhance the communication ability between NAND Flash memory chip and DRAM, and so as to improve the overall performance of the chip.
